19 flare-up in the country, the Government of India have chosen to assign liberated from cost food grains @ 5 Kgper individual each month to almost 80 Crore recipients covered under National Food Security Act, 2013(NFSA) well beyond NFSA foodgrains for next two months for example May and June 2021 on a similar example asthe prior "Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PM-GKAY)" .
Under this uncommon plan (PMGKAY), around 80 Crore NFSA recipients covered under both categoriesof NFSA, in particular Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) and Priority Householders (PHH), will be given withan extra quantity of liberated from cost foodgrains (Rice/Wheat) at a size of 5 Kg for each individual each month, over andabove their customary month to month privileges under NFSA.Government of India will bear all use of over Rs 26,000 Crore by virtue of food sponsorship andCentral help to states/UTs because of intrastate transportation and so on

Gujarat government has started Kisan Parivahan Yojana 2020-21 for farmers. Under this scheme, govt. will provide subvention of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 75,000 for procuring light load bearing vehicle. Farmers may soon be able to apply online by filling Gujarat Kisan Parivahan Yojana 2021-22 online application / registration form.
The Ministry is implementing Aajeevika Grameen Express Yojana (AGEY), the sub-scheme under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) to facilitate transport facilities in the rural areas and also provide job opportunities to members of Self Help Groups (SHGs) under DAY-NRLM. The scheme was launched in August, 2017. However, the Ministry does not have a scheme called Gram ParivahanYojana.
AGEY has the following two objectives:
1. To provide safe, affordable and community monitored rural transport services to connect remote villages with key services and amenities (including access to markets, education and health) for the overall economic development of the area by making use of the supports available within the framework of DAY-NRLM.
2. To provide an alternative source of livelihoods to members of Self Help Groups (SHGs) and their families under DAY-NRLM by facilitating them to operate public transport services in backward rural areas, as identified by the States.The scheme is currently being implemented in 18 States and 624 vehicles are operational under the scheme as on 30th November, 2018.
The system cost mentioned in above table is inclusive of supply, installation, commissioning, comprehensive maintenance contract of 5 years of the complete solar system, bi-directional meter and its testing charges, SMC box for the meter and the connectivity charges to be paid to the DISCOM and standard structure required to install solar PV panel on the rooftop, with minimum surface clearance of 300 mm between the terrace surface and the bottommost edge of the panel. The cost of additional height of the structure required, if any, shall be borne by the beneficiary.
Any other charges to be paid to DISCOM , on account of requirement of change of phase if any from single to three phase, upgradation of the existing electricity distribution network , shall be borne additionally by the beneficiary, as it is not included in the discovered cost referred in the table above.
If the Applicant is a single phase consumer of the DISCOM and intends to install a solar roof top system having capacity which necessitates to change the phase of his existing service connection from single phase to three phase, in such case the requisite charges for enhancement of the phase from single to three phase shall be borne by the consumer being part of the system strengthening, and not included in the discovered cost per kW.
Beneficiary shall sign connectivity agreement with concerned DISCOM, as per the terms and conditions specified by the DISCOM.
Banking of Energy is for one billing cycle i.e. generation of the solar system is to be adjusted against the electricity drawn from the DISCOM in the electricity bill of the same month.
Central Government subsidy of 30 % of the cost of the solar system as per the cost given in table and Government of Gujarat subsidy of Rs.10,000 / kW subject to maximum of Rs.20,000 is given for residential solar system. Detail of the rooftop solar system is given in table below.
