Students Applying for Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana Academic Year 2020-21
1.Obtaining 90% or more percentile in Std. 10 or Std. Therefore, financial assistance should be given under this scheme to the bright and needy students who got admission in the first year of the graduate diploma course in the academic year 2020-21 by getting more marks.
2.Students who are eligible for wise percentile and guardian income and get admission in the first year of graduate / diploma courses in the academic year 2020-21 will have to apply online at https://mysy.guj.nic.in.
3. The student has to register and fill the online form at https://mysy.guj.nic.in.
4. Before registration, read all the details given by the student on the notice board by clicking on the line and only then register online.
5. For online registration one has to log on to the website https://mysy.guj.nic.in.
6. Password will be given on the mobile number registered for renewal application through which the student will have to log in. The student has to provide his own mobile number, and not change it during the entire course period, in the future information will be sent via SMS to the same number).
7. After logging in, the required details have to be filled and the required documents have to be uploaded. Students will have to scan their original document and upload it along with the online form. All uploading documents must be in .jpg / .jpeg format and each document must be a maximum size of 500 kb.
8. In order to get renewal assistance in the subsequent academic year after admission, the student has to pass the examination with at least 50% marks in the previous year in which he got the scholarship and as per the policy rules of the educational institution which requires at least 5% attendance in that academic year The certificate of the organization is required. (Format is available on the website)
9. The student has to apply online only after his / her admission is finalized. All the resolutions of the scheme are available on the scheme's web portal https://mysy.guj.nic.in.
10, The student has to get the income certificate of the guardian's income for the financial year 2017-20 from the Mamlatdar or Taluka Development Officer. The self-declaration to be given by the student should also give the details of the income of the guardian (parents).
11. If the student is not eligible to file the income tax return or income tax return of the guardian's income for the financial year 2017-20, only they have to give "self declaration that the income is not eligible for income tax",
12. The income of the guardian for the financial year 2017-20 is Rs. Compulsory Income Tax Returns will have to be attached for more than Rs. 1 lakh.
13.As the amount of sanctioned assistance is directly credited to the student's bank account under Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), the students will have to open a bank account and attach their Aadhaar number with this bank account.
14.Students will have to provide their Aadhaar number details in the online application.
15.After the students have applied online, take a print out of the application and check the original documents at the nearest help center.

17. Students will have to go to the nearest help center related to their course and verify the original certificates and after verification submit the application form and a set of documents to the help center. Acknowledgment Receipt should be obtained by submitting the application at the Help Center. Only those students whose application has been verified at the Help Center and whose Acknowledgment Receipt has been obtained will be considered valid.
18. Students have to go to the nearest help center of the respective course within 15 days of registration and complete the verification of documents.
19. The details of the help center coordinators are kept on the website and students and parents are kindly requested to contact them during office hours only on working days.
20. Eligible students who get 80 or more percentile in Std-10 or Std-12 (General Stream / Science Stream) examination, if they have any confusion regarding online application, they can scan their Std-10 or Std-12 marksheet and pdf The file should be sent to mysy technical@gujgov.edu.in.
21. Similarly, Diploma to Degree students also have to scan the certificate in the last year's marksheet diploma of their diploma and send the .pdf file to mysy technical@gujgov.edu.in if there is any confusion regarding registration.
22. After applying online under this scheme, the student will be able to know the status of his online application by logging on to the website of the scheme with his user ID and password.
