(A) Educational Qualification and Experience:

 (Credit: 12 Pass and Government Passed Sanitary Inspector's Course Pass (b) Monthly Remuneration: Monthly Rs.  For candidates who have done field duty earlier, not more than 5 years on the date of advertisement.  Mal or Government Approved Multi Purpose Health Worker's Course Pass (ii) For candidates who have previously performed field duty in Health Department of Vadodara Municipal Corporation, Std-10 Pass and Government Approved Sanitary Inspector's Course Pass or Government Approved Multi Purpose Health Worker's Course  2) Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in health oriented work. (2) Preference will be given to the candidate from Vadodara city.

(1) Educational Qualification and Experience:

 (1) Must have at least P De Pass (should be cycling 181 (Preference should be given to candidates having experience in health oriented work 3) Preference will be given to candidate from Vadodara city. (2) Monthly Remuneration: Monthly Rs.500 / -  Higher (3) age not less than 18 years and not more than 5 years on the date of advertisement. For candidates who have previously performed field duty in the health department of Vadodara Municipal Corporation, not more than 3 years on the date of advertisement.  Applications will have to be delivered to the Health Department Head Office, Me 115, 1st Floor, Khanderao Market Building, Rajmahel Road, Vadodara by 5:00 pm on Tuesday.
